Timothy L. Rose, Ph.D. is a Master of Business Administration/Public Administration professor and consultant. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Rose is considered one of the thought leaders in workforce development, with his research appearing in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Rose has spent 15 years consulting Fortune 500 companies, providing professional and leadership development for companies from numerous sectors. His extensive experience in management and consulting and his proficiency in Client Relation Management has equipped him with the ability to build strong relationships with companies and individuals throughout the greater Metropolitan Atlanta area, and beyond.

Salih Ansari brings 17 years of dedicated service and experience to the security industry. As a police officer in the metro-Atlanta area since 2007, Salih has received extensive training in investigations and undercover operations, which has led to hundreds of arrests. Further, Salih has utilized his skills and training by providing security on movie sets, construction sites, apartment complexes, special events, and has developed comprehensive security plans in numerous industries. Because of his expertise and professionalism, Salih has participated in many security details for high-ranking officials and dignitaries, and has been a strategic presence for corporations and their employees.

Kimberly C. Rose is a Business Analyst and a seasoned investor in the metropolitan Atlanta area. With an illustrious history spanning more than two decades in the real estate and financial technology industries, Kimberly brings a rare amalgamation of real estate, banking, and financial technology expertise to the forefront of our operations. 

Kimberly’s extensive journey as a business owner, along with her experience in the financial industry, has played an instrumental role in building the foundation of Rose Security Protection and Consulting Services, LLC (RPSCS) as Executive Administrator. Kimberly values and understands the need for strong client relationships, built by creating a positive reputation, and creating an organizational culture within RSPCS that is centered around integrity, reliability, and exceeding expectations.
